My personal thought is that Texas chainsaw by itself is somewhere around $80 (as high as $120). Also it's in very good shape. Qberts Qubes is a 9 out of 10...pretty darn rare. I'd say worth at least $50. Bugs Bunny signed should be worth at least $50. That's about $150-200 with just 3 of the games. And there are 24 more games in there included a few 8 of 10s.
