Where was the 2600 sold?

Is a list of countries availablle, in which the Atari 2600 was sold and in which years?

 

For example I've seen a commercial from Hungary:

 

 

That's not the Jr. in the video, so it looks like the 2600 was sold in the Eastern Bloc before 1990.

 

AFAIK the 2600 was also sold in South Africa.

 

What about the Middle East, Asia, Northern Africa?

I think "planet Earth" would be the best description. Can't imagine too many places the 2600 *wasn't* available.

I don't think they sold 2600 in the Eastern block before 1990. Only the 800 based computers like XE, XL...
