Andre81 #2 Posted April 28, 2014 So you just bought the one on eBay for $150 but are asking $500 now? eBay Auction -- Item Number: 181351191437
atari181 #3 Posted April 28, 2014 I am, I am selling the one I replaced. As I said, I am asking what I paid. I did buy one for less and I feel I got a great deal as it wasn't listed on Ebay USA I would appreciate you not shitting on my thread, but it seems that what you live to do.

nofrills100 #5 Posted April 29, 2014 (edited) So you just bought the one on eBay for $150 but are asking $500 now? eBay Auction -- Item Number: 181351191437 Since when does finding a bargain on ebay equate to a low-ball resale value of said item? I would have thought it was common practice to take a bargain if you see it, and then use it for trade bait or resell it in order to put back into the collection. Isn't that how collecting (anything) works? Maybe it's just a few of us that employ common sense to our methods? Lol, anyway I know for a fact that you too buy things cheap and then trade for much higher value items - only in my instance you knew that I was keen to get hold of the items, so you thought you could ask the world for them, well and truly over their actual value. nofrills100 #6 Posted April 29, 2014 Looks like the ebay one to me No - that is the same item I sold atari181
Chris Leach #7 Posted April 29, 2014 (edited) Blank or blank. Clearly two items. The one with the cart is the one from ebay. Looks terrible. The other is the item from his previous purchase. I was confused when he said he was selling the one he bought for $500. Cause it is in much better shape? So why would he be selling his nice shape item for a shittier version of the same thing? I mean don't get me wrong I think the nicer box warrants a higher price for sure but which one r u really getting? atari181 #8 Posted April 29, 2014 What is confusing? I am selling my copy I purchased from Nofrills. I upgraded my copy a couple months ago. Why is this confusing? I purchased an upgrade on Ebay for an absolute bargain. This item does not come up for sale even yearly. IMO I got a great deal because it was not listed correctly. That doesn't mean I should ask less for something I'm sure is worth more. I'm not even trying to make a profit. Not really sure why you are now also shitting on my thread. A couple weeks ago I was helping you out with a price on a cart here in the marketplace, now you're shitting on my thread? I have been a member here for a couple years now. Anyone(including you Chris) Should tell you, anything I sell, I sell for a reasonable price, and stand behind what I say in any sale. What the Fuck is going on here! Mods please lock this thread as this is no longer for sale. I will not be selling any items in the AA marketplace
Andre81 #9 Posted April 29, 2014 Since when does finding a bargain on ebay equate to a low-ball resale value of said item? He didn't find a bargain. The auction was posted here in the market place and many collectors took notice of it. I had it in my watch list as well but didn't bid and so did many others. But of course there might be collectors who have missed the auction and are willing to pay $500, so good luck with the sale. And your recap of our potential trade is rather inaccurate. I offered you the V-carts for trade for *anything* that I don't have in my collection and I asked for low value items that I'm missing to complete my collection. Hard to find in good condition but of low value. I also told you that I would reserve the carts for you. I know that they are of a higher interest for you than for me. You just need to have anything of interest for me. And money isn't of interest for me. I never offered them for sale and never asked for any amount of money or higher value items.
