I super-glued the power supply to the VCS console because the plug was loose inside the "hole" in the back of the VCS and was not getting contact unless held by hand!

 

So I decided to super glue it! hehe

And what happens if your powersupply goes dead????

Lightly I get a razor blade and remove it just like if your fingers where super glued together

You could also give the cord a good hard yank!

Ah see now. You're one of those people I ask myself "what the hell were they thinking?" when I find something in the thrift with all kinds of crud on it.
