Flappy Kernel CTRLPF Color Chart

This topic is in regards to the background color modded multi-sprite kernel used in Flappy

Setting the screenheight to 80 with a pfheight of 1 results in a screen that only gets covered %50 percent by the background colors. The top half of the screen gets a background color of 0 (black).

 

If we set the CTRLPF value to $x3 ($03 for example) interesting things happen. The playfield pixels take on the colors of the sprites in asymmetrical regions! I've made a "color map" below:

This could be worth experimenting with to achieve seemingly asymmetrical playfield areas or other effects..
