Platoon on STe

Just picked this up not seeing the sticker on the front on the Box saying incompatible with STe machines.

 

Does anyone know of a fixed version that will run on an STe, all versions I have tried in Steem you get the bomb icons usually 2 or more. Or is there a way maybe to soft downgrade like on Amiga with Relokick.

 

I have also tried the Automation disk on my STe and through Steem and its the same thing.

Old game, not ready for changed TOS loc. Cracks did not fix it, contrary, some added other incompatibility and need for 1MB RAM min.

It is US release, and I removed region limitation too. So, works with PAL TOS versions too.

Is there any way of transferring those images back onto a disk?

 

I now have a second basic PC so I can run your floimg with an internal floppy drive, would that do it or do you have to use Pasti?

No. It uses pretty special floppy format. So, this only with Pasti. I will see to make floppy crk. for 512K machines and hard disk version - but not so soon.

Ok, thanks, I know its an old game and I love it on C64 hence why I picked it up for the ST.
