Or maybe rather an incomplete printing, since there are different colors, they may be printed in phases, and this was the first -- or in this case the only -- phase. I've never seen one like this. Can you post a picture of your carts like this? I don't expect it to be an EPROM or prototype or anything, I just thought it was really weird.
