?

(Was I sick for a week?)

Anyway, yeah, Crackpots came out right around the Video Game Crash, so it probably didn't get a whole lot of recognition. Some people HAVE bashed it on here, but I think it's fun. I mean, hell, you get to kill bugs! (Ok, that's been done several times in games, but it's still fun. Plus just thinking about tossing out dozens of pots out of windows without any ramifications later is a great bonus :) )

I just rediscovered this game over the past few months thanks to the Anthology. It is a great game.

Activision bashing?? I don't remember that. The carts themselves suck in that they are not built to last, but Activision is responsible for about 50% of the best games ever to come out for the 2600.

Amen. Anyone considering Activision bashing would be likely to receive a strong THRASHING. :D

Must be Laser Blast he's talking about.

I dunno if bashing one game is considered bashing the company though.

Wow, how could anyone bash Activision? Pitfall, Pitfall II, River Raid, Eunduro more than makes up for the Laser Blasts.

I still find it amazing how they were able to come out with some of their later games like Double Dragon, Rampage and Kung-Fu Masters. Some people don't like them, but I find them to be the games that pushed the system to the limit.

Kindcardine is about 130 miles west of Toronto on the coast of Lake Huron, just north of Goderich.

Activision rules. 8)
