Did the Intellivision II have a 2600 Adapter?

Here's one of them on eBay if you're actively looking for one... for some reason, he claims it'll only work on the INTV II though... not sure what that's all about...

 

Here's another one, although the guy doesn't say squat about it. Do you actually need to have a specific version of the INTV to use this thing?

Says the original model Intellivision and the Intellivision II can both use it, but the original model Intellivision had to be sent in to be modified before you use it with that model.

add the computer adapter and it look even better add the music sythesyser and you have a full fledged piano at your fingertips

Is it possible to connect all this stuff at once? I remember seeing a picture of a Genesis combined with a SegaCD, 32X, Game Genie, Sonic & Knuckles, and a few other things, and it was about 2 feet tall... I can just imagine a 3 foot wide INTV ;)
