The last similar managed estate sale I went to, the prices were ludicrous. And when I asked the insure manager how they priced the items, she said they scanned eBay BINs for a baseline. Geh.....

Its hit or miss, you have to bargain with them, it depends if the company does auctions. Most of the time they just want to sell the stuff right there. If you go the last day of the sale you are likely to get a much better deal but then run the risk of it being already sold. If anyone goes post your experience.
