Broderbund "The Arcade Machine"

So I just picked up a nice boxed copy of this. There seems to be very very little info about it other than a few paragraphs in some magazine articles.

 

Any place I can find some more info about it? Is there a way around the 5 level limit?

Alas, creating a game with the Arcade Machine takes a looonng time and most games look (and play!) quite similar. The programs usage can be compared to the PCS where most pinballs take a long time to create but are quite boring regarding gameplay.

 

There are already a couple of games available which had been created with the arcade Machine, e.g.:

Simply download and play / test them.

 

I do not know of a way to get around the 5 level limit, but maybe others can help here...

I think it's mostly shooters you can make.

Yeah. Stuff like Space Quarks.

I uses to make Space Invaders type of games with it, great fun
