That's a rather smooshed box there sadly. The picture has the first, original release of the game, where Manu made 13 copies by hand. Is that yours? What does the letter say, as it's missing from the copy I have?

Good Deal Games then licensed it and made 100 copies for sale with its own packaging. These were first sold at CGE 2002 or thereabouts. I bought their version of it at the show. I believe they may have made another run of 100 after the first set sold out.

Then George Pelonis of Fury Unlimited had made a few small batches for GDG using his own packaging style (the small square black boxes). He hasn't kept track of precisely how many he has made, but estimates around 50 in total.

So TL;DR the answer is three different packaging versions of VecSports Boxing.

I was typing up my response as Mayhem responded. The only thing I have to add is that GDG's initial 100 were sold in VHS clamshell cases.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

No, it's not mine... not yet. I'm going to negotiate it. What is the value of this ?

The guy told me there are only 14 copies, you wrote 13 ?

Thanks!

Yes, I bought it recently. I don't have it right now, my parents have it.

As you can see one the letter, it is one of the 13 made. Is it really rare ?

Anyway, there are 2 boxes, the instruction, the cart signed. 2 boxes ? Is it normal ?

No, two boxes is not normal, looks like the smooshed one was a bonus. My copy is 4/13 and purchased from a mate of mine who was the original owner from Manu. Guess I lucked out in knowing someone fairly well who was willing to sell!
