It reminds me of a computer magazine which published some photo of Darth Vader being chased by some other guy holding a bat, and the competition was to come up with the best header for the pic. The winner went along the lines of "These are British, but can't differ between cricket and Dart(h)?"

It's obviously about a group of racist tanks that are bigoted against, and wish to exterminate, other forms of armored transport to become the one true "Tank Race"

 

I was thinking of Sam DeGroot working on a particularly tough assignment. Playing as the iron lung-bound gumshoe, not only do you need to evade the various traps your mystery nemesis has prepared...but also need to keep your machine from failing before you can expose the perps identity and solve the case.
