That would be impossible in the case of Boulder Dash, because only Telegames actually published and released the games to retail.

Nope, just a plastic case.

There was a re-release of Boulder Dash by TeleGames last year and I think it might still be available through TeleGames U.K. It comes in a cardboard box with photocopied instructions and uses PkK mini-cart shell and DIY cart PCB, but overall a lot of us didn't think the quality was up to snuff especially considering the price.

 

Aside from that, there was the original TeleGames release in 1986/87 in a plastic clamshell (which is the one everyone wants) and then a couple different Homebrew reproductions which are of very good quality.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! No. I collected mainly home-brews and loose carts. Now that I am going for CIB, I am starting basically from the bottom.
