+wongojack
Imagic games dont fit in the 7800?? News to me. I have to tell my 7800 that tho as it has played them all already..bad 7800.. Some games are tight but they all fit. Youll learn more about...nevermind. I can't fit them in. It's something to do with the peg length and not the tight fit. I've gotten more 7800s since I tried last, so maybe I'll pull them all out and try . . . Nah, Harmony
Algus
That's pretty rad. Get yourself a coaxial adaptor (they're like $2) ahead of time so you can, in the words of the Angry Video Game Nerd, tell that switchbox to go fuck itself. As long as you've got a TV that still supports the right kind of analog signal, you can get a pretty beautiful picture by running an RCA cable from the 2600 through the coaxial port with an adaptor. If your uncle's stuff has been collecting a lot of dust, you might need to do some cleaning on it to get everything working. Atari is most fun if you've got people to plow through some of the old games with you too.
S.BAZ
just my 2 cents... I quit playing atari when Nintendo came out then moved on as newere systems kept coming out. kept the NES but got rid of everything else each time something new came out that I wanted. then I quit playing video games for 15 years. now I collect systems & games especially NES & 2600... but the 2600 is what I play the most of BY FAR ! If you like it, I'm gonna say -- DEFINITELY worth it!
