Question about arcade game

I assume many of you know of a video on YouTube that has Eddie Money's song "I Wanna Go Back" playing against pictures of an old arcade. In one of the photos, around the 1:43 mark, there is an arcade cabinet game called "Victory." Can anyone tell me exactly what that game is, what genre, maybe a link to info on it? I have searched, but I only come up with the sequel (I think) to "Ikari Warriors," which is called "Victory Road."

 

I'm pretty sure the image is not that game, but maybe I am wrong. And I don't think it is "Victory Lap," but again, I don't know (I think that may have been a 90s game).

The video I found didn't have any arcade games.

Thanks for the link, I think that's it, I'm going to check it against the video. I think if you put in the words "I wanna go back arcade video" at YouTube the clip should come up. It's pretty cool.

It's that one for sure. The marquis is the same (check elogated V and R), and the Y from Exidy on side of the machine is visible.
