How rare is Spiderman for Atari 2600?

Just wanted to pick your guys brains! Is spiderman for the 2600 rare?

No. Probably "uncommon". It's not PacMan or Combat, but it's also not Chase the Chuckwagon.

Spider-man generally is not a rare game by any stretch and pretty sure I've seen new/sealed ones for between $20-$40 recently.

I've owned several of these, though I've never seen one in a sealed box.

Most of Parker Brothers loose cartridges aren't rare, Spiderman is one of these. Though the boxed versions are kind of uncommon.

 

The rare cartridges of Parker Brothers are Q*bert Qubes and Mr. Do's Castle, the uncommon ones are Frogger II, James Bond 007, Montezuma's Revenge, Sky Skipper and Star Wars: The Arcade Game.

About two months ago, everyone that had a sealed copy on eBay wanted $80 for it, now there are a couple listed in the $50 range. I guess nobody was biting at the $80 sealed price.

I would say CIB sealed its probably a $25 game, CIB not sealed $12-20, loose $5.

 

I have it in all three of the above forms, because of course I do.
