Ikrananka
Just a heads up that this project has been updated to v2.1. This includes the addition of a new "fixed" ROM for Moonsweeper which is an outcome of this discussion here. Check out the first post of this thread for details and to download the updated ROM collection. 1
phattyboombatty
Thanks a million for being the keeper and preservationist of the ColecoVision tome! Question: Did you include the fixed version of Fall Guy as well? EDIT: Never mind. I just re-read the original post, which states that you’ve excluded prototypes. ? I do have plans to work through the other ColecoVision ROMs that are in the public domain but that's a long term project I just don't have time for now. Perhaps in 2022 or 2023......
omonim2007
Hi! Thanks a lot for your hard working! Keep up the good work! I think you should pay attention to the James Bond ROM. It seems, now in your collection there is a bad (overdumped) version with a size of 16,384 bytes. The second half of the ROM consists of the identical two parts of 4,096 bytes. It turns out that the last 4096 bytes are duplicate data, and the correct ROM size should be 12,288 bytes. Interestingly, in the Covering's GoodTools (GoodCol V3.14, 2007-11-23), such a ROM is marked as verified: James Bond 007 (1984) (Parker Bros) [!] Size: 12,288 CRC32: 561F2530 MD5: C7EA91D9AC4D4A104D8E7832F8DB3962 SHA1: 22EE76C680E94FA016263473D0FFDBED1EA5AB7B

You are correct, somehow I missed that the last 4K of that ROM is the same as the prior 4K. I double-checked all of the other Parker Bros. releases to make sure I hadn't missed this on another one but was pleased to find that the issue is only with James Bond. Just to clarify for any readers, the ROM in my database (up to v2.1) isn't a "bad" dump, but it is an "overdump". Thanks to omonim2007, I will soon be releasing a v2.2 collection that includes the corrected James Bond ROM and documentation.
Pixelboy
So this means James Bond 007 is effectively only 12K in size?
