iscout62 #1 Posted August 22, 2014 But I finally spent a few hours playing some older games in my library, and I think I have a new favorite.. BEAMRIDER! I never really gave this one too much time, as it seemed to be sort of generic sounding. Still love Looping, Venture, Mousetrap, and the Donkey franchise.. But Beamrider is super slick, smooth and the sprite work is really done well. that's all.
+Ransom #2 Posted August 22, 2014 Yup, it's a good game. Looks and plays great on every platform I've ever tried it on.
Pixelboy #3 Posted August 22, 2014 And it's one of those rare ColecoVision titles that supports up to 4 players (one player at a time, obviously).

Well you know all four of us are sitting in front of the Colecovision now and... ah Beamrider is fired up... Now where the hell do you plug in the other 2 CV controllers!!!
