I do not have the overlay set. I was not even going to collect them, but I won an auction lot that had 22 of them in it. Then with in 2 weeks I had 28. I figured I might as well finish it. If I can get the overlay set for cheap, I will. But I am not needing it.

I've seen a few sets offered up in trade, but I never saw any on eBay yet. They were originally $75, but I'd be interested to see if they have appreciated (or not) since their release.

That is correct. The set on the top is #2 of 15 and I was given the extra cart to the left of mouse trap. I am not sure how many of those carts were made, but it was not many.
