Download for MameUI debug version

Does anyone have a download link for an executable package of MAMEUI (previously known as MAME32) with the debugger included?

 

Searching has reaped nothing and I'd rather just grab a ready to go one than play around getting source and compiling it.

As far as I'm aware all versions of MAME since around 0.130 always have the debugger included. Try running it from the commandline with -debug.
