Are these 2600 pirate carts or what?

I was shopping at a local thrift store and found 4 2600 games that caught my attention. They each have white end labels on them in Combat cartridge shells. I purchased them and came home to see if they worked. They all work and are what the what label says they are: Air Sea Battle, Night Driver, Breakout and Missle Command. I opened up Air Sea Battle and took some pictures. I also opened up and took pictures of my normal copy of Air Sea Battle to compare the differences. Any idea if these are pirate carts?

upside down labels, non name eprom board and a printed end label smells alot like a brazilian pirate to me.
