However, gut feel, looking at the pictures, is that it isn't a proto - you wouldn't solder an EPROM to a board on a proto, since odds are good that it will be removed, erased, and reprogrammed. Anyone have experience with Spinnaker carts? Did they use EPROMS or mask ROMs? The cart board is from VLSI Apps; has anyone seen those before?
