Hang Glider

I am working on the next update of the TI Gameshelf site, and I came across in my review file an instruction text file for an XB game called Hangglider, which is supposed to be a simulation of Hang Gliding. It appears to be quite detailed and supremely interesting, but unfortunately I can't seem to locate the associated binary file. Any one here happens to know about this game?
