New arcade cab at home , Yay! :)

Last weekend, I meet up with a guy who have a bunch of Arcades

We setup a deal for his Bagman cab, wich he sold me as Non-Working

 

After bringing this baby at my place, I started to investigate the cab and after awhile I got it working

Momentary switch inside the cabinet to prevent it working when you open the back door and the lower front door where the PCB is located

 

Was pretty easy to fix actually

 

 

Edit: also, a new power supply won't hurt either

Yeah, that is not an easy game, there is kind of a learning curve

That's a pretty fun game that I had never even played until the last year or so. I found it pretty frustrating, and a tad on the slow side, though.

I remember as a teenager I was on a family summer vacation in Villard MN (thats in lake country) & at the local town store they had a Bagman up front. I was looking at it (not playing) & the guy came to empty the coin box & gaveme a few free plays.

 

I wasnt at all familiar with the game & had no idea what to do.

Beautiful cab... Bagman is one of my favorite games of all time! Too bad it didn't see too many ports to computers and consoles BITD. Wish it was on the radar of more homebrewers.

Although he doesn't want to sell those

I thought at first glance that this was the one I restored and sold to Jarret through KLOV. Seeing as you are way east, I see I was wrong. The game is too f'in hard, I was never able to complete the first stage and I consider myself a pretty decent gamer. Good luck with your machine, and please post a video if you ever finish the first stage (as they are VERY rare).

Nice cabinet! If I ever get a bigger place, I'd like to get this one. I never actually played it in the arcade, only emulation. Even though it's really difficult, I do like the mechanics. I just wish the timer was a little more generous. Does anyone know of any games similar to Bagman (not limiting to just arcade games)? Are there any clones?

Yeah i remember this game being a little challenging along with a few computer ports , I like the marqees and the cab is an interesting shape almost like it wants you to really lean into it lol.
