Since it's in top condition, I'd wrap that computer (and monitor if it doesn't have one) in a bag so the styrofoam doesn't react negatively with the plastic!!

i get this few month ago and from that point i don't test it i only turn on 5200 and work he is like new, i don't have any kind of softver, i can make pictures of monitor and also i can try to connect all and test for you, i never use atari so if i have problem's you can assist me on private message, shipping is around 40 euro but i must ask in post office before i ship because i don't know how much package have weight, we can try to test first then i will ask for shipping price
