Nebulon #1 Posted October 17, 2014 Are there any cases of classic games (arcade or console) that have been re-released with new levels added? I'm not thinking of things created in a level editor. Instead, I'm thinking of games with more levels, screens, or stages actually coded into them (kind of like what the original programmers would have liked to have done, given more time and more ROM space). I can think of plenty of great candidates out there: Donkey Kong Donkey Kong Junior Zaxxon Venture Frontline Congo Bongo Space Harrier ...

ledzep #3 Posted October 19, 2014 Well, Tempest Tubes is a known addition, yes? Though it's more of a swap/hack than more levels added to the regular levels. I'd love to see more variety added to - Major Havoc Wizard Of Wor Battlezone (new enemy tanks, ability to make it to the goddamn mountains finally!!) Red Baron Star Wars/Empire Strikes Back (different Imperial enemies, ability to fly other Rebel fighters, attack a Star Destroyer) Joust Tron (Sark's carrier, better tank levels that were less like Pac-Man) I, Robot Star Trek (Romulans, Reliant/Khan bonus level) Marble Madness
