Bankruptcy Builder -- Instructions?

The instructions given for this game in the Flashback Manual explain the controls, but not really fully what to do or how to play. Anyone offer some advice or help?

 

Also, what's with the 'load game' option? That's not possible on here, is it?

Given he hasn't signed on in 6 weeks, that seems doubtful. Luckily someone else provided a link.

 

I guess I may have this problem with all of the homebrews on the FB system. I'm happy they are here, don't get me wrong, but since these games are more complicated and larger then the original CV games the 'mini' instructions in the manual are not as good as the original games.

 

I may have to ask later if copies of all of the homebrew manuals are around somewhere.
