Atari 520 STFM upgrade memory (1MB)

Hello everybody,

Recently I acquired an Atari 520 STFM (My first ST) whit the "rainbow" TOS (1.04?), and now I wanna upgrade the memory up to 1MB. I have some chips (HY514400A J-70) coming from an old memory module, but I don't know if they're compatible.

Anyway, I appreciate some help to find a compatible (and cheap) chip to upgrade the computer.

I have a 2MB upgrade kit if you are interested..

But is necessary to update TOS versión? If this kit works on my 520STFM without problem, I can be interested.

It should work fine with TOS 1.04...
