Where is the best place to buy Atari 1040STFM TOS 1.04 roms?

I assume I need the two chip TOS version but it confuses me a little that there are places for six chips even though two have sockets. This is correct, right?

 

Where is the best place to buy TOS 1.04 in the 2 chip version?

You should get the 2 chip version (unless you want to solder in 4 more sockets), B&C Computer sells the chips for $35.
