Stella 3.9.3 question

I'm using stella 3.9.3 is there anyway you can save a games progress like you can in other emulator's?

Yes, you can save and load the state of the emulation. Hit \ to bring up the Command Menu; or use F9, F10, and F11. Read up how to use them in the manual under Playing a Game and Keyboard Layout.
