It was an Atari Club exclusive first, but was later sold in stores. Yes, Video Cube - I forgot that.

...were ORIGINALLY club exclusives. That's how I acquired each of them. In my retail explorations, neither CC nor Quadrun appeared in closeout bins. The other 3 did.

The red label version of Gravitar is easier to find as opposed to the silver label one, since the latter was the Club exclusive.

Im pretty sure Berzerk was as well - I bought it from AA and was the only person to have that cart for awhile.

I have confirmed seen a Crazy Climber with a retail price tag on it so that one eventually made it to stores.

I'm not sure I have ever seen a Quadrun with a price store sticker on it though? Anybody know?
