Anyone help on this arcade game? Memory fails....

Your a bug or caterpillar and eat dots while navigating a maze full of turnstiles. I think you turn into a butterfly or something but I remember that it was very much like Lady Bug.

 

I used to play this at a local bakery in the early 80's which only lasted a few weeks and even since MAME was released in the 90's I completely forgot about it and only recently have begun to search around. Anyone know the name?

 

I tried googling caterpillar arcade museum and caterpillar 80's arcade game....nothing.

Judging by your description, I'm going to guess that the game is Orca's Changes (Also released under the name of Looper).
