Vectrex game Shrink Wrap ?

Just a question about Vectrex games. I have some NIB Vectrex games BUT there are not shrink wrap... but I saw someone in France selling one vectrex game for 299 euros (ONLY lol) 'cause he says the game is NIB and shrink wrap. I'm sure he's a liar and it's a fake. What do you think ?

That seller is deluded if he thinks he can get 299 for Starhawk, but the plastic shrinkwrap might be legit. Sometimes stores put shrinkwrap on games that otherwise did not have any, and I did see this once at a convention some years ago where a copy of Clean Sweep had shrinkwrap and vintage, aged price stickers on the outside of the plastic wrap. But that was the only time I've seen that, and I doubt it would be any more common overseas.
