how much do you think it is worth?

cart, box, instructions, card, overlay

Could be as low as $40, could be as high as $120, just depends on how bad someone wants it. I think the cart version is pretty rare, though I wouldn't say it was necessarily a game that needed to be on a cart...

How many levels did the cd version have, like 100?

 

I don't know exactly how many levels the SE cartridge version has, but it's a few hundred if I recall correctly.

 

Having said that, I must say that Painter SE is a very enjoyable game, has lot's of different tunes and is good for hours of gameplay.
