I think it also depends on where you live. Over here in the Netherlands, the 3do never sold that many units. On the otherhand the cd-i sold pretty well. So over here it's pretty easy to get hold of cd-i players and games. 3do on the otherhand is very pricy since there isn't much supply of it other then ebay. Making the system expensive.
