I'm practically sure there was an update after some years of inactivity where some features and fixes were added such as grab/drag resizable window.

The fixes were very minor, basically its stalled in a void...

 

Altirra is the way to go...

I think one thing which was fixed was a crash when trying to set the H: device path. Workaround was to set it in the registry instead, but the dialog box was fixed anyway.
