DZ-Jay #1082 Posted February 21, 2015 (edited) Just to set the record straight, I placed an order for an autographed Flashback and overlays on the first day (Cyber Monday) and I received a shipping confirmation for the Flashback within a week. I once even wrote to Mr. Robinson directly to ask for a status on my order--since I was seeing so many people complaining here. This was in the middle of December, and he assured me that my order was received. Mr. Robinson even called me a few days before Christmas to confirm my order. Alas, my Flashback didn't arrive for Christmas, like promised, but it arrived a few days later. I blame the postal service, since it was postmarked precisely the last day that the USPS guaranteed delivery for Christmas Eve on Priority Mail shipments (December 22nd). I still haven't received the overlays, though I have gotten at least two of the "we're sorry, but they're coming" e-mail notifications mentioned here. So you see, I am in the same boat as many of you. The difference is that I am patient and I understand the circumstances, and I don't have any doubt that Mr. Robinson is doing everything he can to fulfill all orders. I also know that I am not the only one with a problem, so why should I treat this as if my world is crumbling down for a mere set of overlays? When I tell people to have patience and just wait, I mean it--just as I myself have patience--because I have every confidence that my overlays will be delivered. I see many posts chiming in to say they got their shipments, so I know they are still being processed, and many people didn't have to start any fraud inquiries or credit card reversals to get their orders. Sometimes sh*t just happens, and you just need to deal with it. I have many, more important things to worry about than a Mom-N-Pop shop shipping items late. -dZ. Why would Keith send the common one to those of us who received our orders earlier? That's just a sign of a crooked businessman. I made it through one pack of "left" ones and found 52 unique overlays plus 1 dduplicate. I thought there were only supposed to be 50? Edit: Finally sorted through all three sets.
