Looking for a DSK image (Super Clock Support)

Does anyone have a .DSK image of this floating around anywhere, or possibly even a good quality .PDF of the documentation? I'd sure like to get my hands on it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks! Got 'em! I had to scratch my head for about 30 seconds to figure out how to make a proper book out it. The way was scanned, I had to print single sided, then glue stick them front to back by the half-page in number sequence. It turned out okay though. Thanks again!

 

If I thought more than two or three people would be interested, I might have considered remaking the document. Who knows if a clone is ever made and available in the future I just might.
