sparkdrummer
Greg I'd be very interested in how it works out. I'd like to put one of my Geneves back into service and an mfm emulator would get it done.

sparkdrummer
Fingers crossed here in the Aridzone. I'd be up for 2 of them if not priced past an old semi-retired farts income level.

+arcadeshopper
Works good trying to find the optimal disk parameters for the personality card setup I set it as WDS2 and it formatted fine and I was able to copy the Winchester directory over without error Greg Sent from my LG-H830 using Tapatalk

I'm placing my hopes in TIPI for my next evolution in TI fun. I'm also going to be downsizing in the next couple of years and may even get rid of my P-Box. sparkdrummer
Greg, It will read and write, correct? What TI program were you using to format?
+arcadeshopper
Greg, It will read and write, correct? What TI program were you using to format? Yes both. I formatted with the personality card Winchester utilities and copied the win directory to the new drive from the old rodime drive Sent from my LG-H830 using Tapatalk
+Ksarul
Are you connected to the SASI controller in the Personality Card's WDS1 drive case, or is it acting as if it has its own SASI controller on board?

RickyDean
I just placed an order for three of the boards, will assemble at my leisure and see if they work with both HFDC's and my Personality card(after I repair the damage I did last year, plugging it into a regular PEB, forgot about the regs being jumpered, oh well).

Cool I plan to hook mine to the HFDCin the Geneve as well for a test.. I bought mine assembled with the beagleboard included at the price I listed above, its cheaper if you just get the board and supply your own parts/beagle Greg

The personality card, once repaired will go into a ti99 PEB. I have a BB Black and a BB white(original I think). Also plan on experimenting with the TIPI info to see if I can create a TIBB.

I'm thinking I need to low level format it before Ti formatting it. Sent from my LG-H830 using Tapatalk

What if you did not copy one drive to it, rather just use it as an existing hard drive? Work fine? Beery
sparkdrummer
I am still interested in one or two of these as well (if they work with our TI's)
