Dusting my 7800 off, what are best av mod?

And does it work with 100% of 2600 games (all the old ones, from before Atari went under, not the newer homemade games or flash carts) or are there a few touchy games that fails?

 

There are only a few 7800 games I really like but I prefer 2600 overall. If there's some issues with 2600 games I may sell the 7800 for a 2600 console instead.
