Kamshaft #1 Posted December 7, 2014 I was wondering if any fellow Canadians would know of any Retro Gaming Trade Shows in eastern Canada?
jhd #2 Posted December 8, 2014 Define "Eastern" Toronto (and Montreal) are both in "Central" Canada from my perspective. "Eastern" Canada begins with the Gaspe pennisula, and continues all the way to PEI. (IMHO) That said, there are occasional (semi-annual?) events in Ontario. I have never actually heard of anything being held further East; though there may be Francophone events in Quebec that are not advertised in English. Check out www.cgcc.ca -- this forum used to be much more active, but it is the best place to learn about Canadian (well, Ontario) events. It looks like the last show was in Cambridge in early-June http://www.cgcc.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?t=26253
+5-11under #3 Posted December 8, 2014 There was one Nov. 2, actually. Typically there's two a year in Kitchener/Cambridge area. I haven't been in a couple of years, but they're always fun.

Dude, Newfoundland & Labrador has been part of Canada since 1949, and Nova Scotia joined way back in 1867, where have you been? Our island and Cape Breton Island are both further east than PEI... Newfoundland is the most eastern part of North America for that matter...
jhd #5 Posted December 9, 2014 I admittedly forgot about Newfoundland... but there are still people (albeit not many, anymore) who feel that Joey Smallwood tricked the people of Newfoundland into Confederation, and they feel that they could have done better without joining Canada. Anyway, this is getting rather O/T.
