Seems this isn't X-Man on a Atari 2600 but a Commodore 128. Which game is it?

It's clearly not Frogger. But the sounds from the game sound like the 2600's version of it.

I think they are trying to give the xman look for sure but it's probably just a staged video (well obviously a video).
