I have a brand new one of these I'm planning to list on eBay starting June 10, 2018 and ending June 17, 2018. I'm in the process of thinning down my large stash of Atari 8-bit stuff, just keeping a few favorite machines and carts. Planning to list it at $59 plus $10 shipping 7-day auction with no reserve.

If interested in a direct purchase, PM me an offer.

I've had it since 2015 and have never used it. I did plug it into my 130xe and the system boots up fine with it installed. I did not attempt to access the additional ram in any way, but I did confirm that several different carts plugged into it (pass-thru style) work fine, so I'm assuming it works just fine.

I don't recall if it has the covox unit, and I'm not sure how to tell without firing up an editor and poking around or calling $280 or whatever.

Well, if I read things correctly, the last RAM320XE576 expansions were delivered in September 2016. Since then, ctirad did not deliver any further items nor did he reply to any orders or pm's regarding this topic. So, almost two years went by and I guess, the RAM320XE is no more available and it does not matter how often one shows his interest in such a thing... which means, move along, nothing to see or order here anymore !

...and this thread can be closed...

Well, yes, I have a couple of those things.  I'll dig them out and take a look at what I've actually got. One is Rev 3 Batch 1 which says "320XE/576."  Pretty sure it does not have a Covox in it. A really nice thing about this expansion is that it has a regular vertical cartridge jack (and no soldering).  IIRC, the next version has the "pass-through" ECI (which turned out to be vertical) and had the pcb layout for the Covox.  I'll check.
