Omega-TI #1 Posted February 17, 2015 Almost everyone knows that Ti99Dir is an awesome program, well Fred went and updated it again! Now when that new Myarc Clone becomes available, you'll be able to make 2880 sector (720K) disk images for your Lotharek HxC or full blown images to transfer to your TI via the HDX! As always Fred, EXCELLENT! ti99dir55b.zip

Omega-TI #3 Posted February 17, 2015 The nice thing about Atari Age is that we have a LOT of message traffic for our good old TI. The amount of traffic can make it easy to overlook a message or two here and there... like << THIS ONE >>.
+Ksarul #4 Posted February 17, 2015 Once my main computer has all of my dev apps back on it (total system rebuild this week after a hard disk failure), I'll be working on the Myarc Disk Controller layout for Richard Bell.

I get a feeling that the amount of TI traffic here at AA is actually higher than some of the Atari forums! I find I have to "pop in for a peek" whenever I get a spare moment, otherwise I may miss something good.
kl99 #7 Posted February 18, 2015 Fred is great! He gives the community so much! I also feel like a lot of things are going on in our community and it's amazing. You can call me addicted. The whole weekend I was reading GPL programmers guide, taking notes, summarize things in an Html glossary.
Gazoo #8 Posted February 19, 2015 Once my main computer has all of my dev apps back on it (total system rebuild this week after a hard disk failure), I'll be working on the Myarc Disk Controller layout for Richard Bell. I guess a hard drive failure might be worse than my recent problem of a fried motherboard, at least I still have all my data. Good luck with your problem, Ksarul! +Ksarul #9 Posted February 19, 2015 I had current backups, so that wasn't a real problem--getting all of my applications set up the right way on the new drive was a pain though (I finally finished that task tonight, with the exception of a couple of things that I don't use that often). The hardest part was remembering how I set up my Outlook account so that it would work with my ISP's mail servers 10 years ago--their setup instructions don't work. . .so I had to suss it out on my own by trial and error. :skull:
