timdu #1 Posted February 18, 2015 (edited) Up for sale today we have a surplus of 4K Atari cartridge PCBs ( Printed Circuit Boards) that can be used to either replace a faulty board / chip or to create your own cartridge, or perhaps you want to make yourself a custom keychain tag with these PCBs. Price: 50 for $10 or 100 for $15 PLUS shipping and handling: $10 $20 for U.S. , $40 for anywhere else in the world thank you Tim Edited February 20, 2015 by timdu
CPUWIZ #2 Posted February 18, 2015 You can fit hundreds into a flat rate box, why $20?
Hyperboy #3 Posted February 18, 2015 I wouldn't mind $15 worth but shipping rate is kind of a deal breaker. How about $25 shipped?
timdu #4 Posted February 18, 2015 I totally forgot about the option of flat rate boxes. I will get back to you. Let me check out & research those boxes and rates and I will make a new reply. Tim
timdu #5 Posted February 19, 2015 I need to get a medium size flat rate box and see if 100 PCBs will fit in it. I should be able to get to the post office on Thursday or Friday. Thank you, Tim
Shawn #6 Posted February 19, 2015 I just tossed like 200 of these the other day. Didn't think anyone would actually buy them. Shows how much I know..lol..

CPUWIZ #8 Posted February 19, 2015 I've tossed them by the thousands over the years. Al's garage probably has a lot of these in it too, unless he tossed them as well.
Wickeycolumbus #9 Posted February 19, 2015 I have a (smaller) box of these myself. Good to have a few around for when you want to hack something up real quick or just test a console.

Thank you, Tim Sorry about the hi-jack, a medium one will hold 44 full carts, or several hundred loose PCB's (depends on how clever you stack them). Shawn #13 Posted February 21, 2015 Tim if you contact a gold recovery center they might buy them all in one go. Not for as much you might like but they will be gone in one shot.
Yoruk #14 Posted May 3, 2020 Hi, By any chance, are these PCBs still available ?
high voltage #15 Posted May 3, 2020 (edited) Can't they be erased and used for homebrews? Or the PCB can be used? Edited May 3, 2020 by high voltage
timdu #16 Posted May 3, 2020 @Yoruk : yes, I still have a large number of these available. I will send you a private message.
Yoruk #17 Posted May 3, 2020 Got it, thanks ! By the way, how did you manage to get such an amount of PCBs ? 😲 It's incredible !
timdu #18 Posted May 3, 2020 Mean Santa, one of the homebrew games that I sell, is an 8K game. Alien Greed 4 is a 16K game. I utilize the cartridge shell of existing older common Atari 2600 cartridges. I open them up and discard the PCB and insert a new PCB. I have not thrown the old PCBs away.
