This game offers a huge challenge and you shouldn't read any tips if you want/like to beat on your own. This is one of the hardest game to beat and, in some sense, I will never be able to do it!Actually it is a puzzle game and I never really figured it out on my own. I didn't think it had a maximum score to be achieved and I even didn't discover you're running in a big circle.And the puzzle's challenge is huge! You have to take carefully note of screens and learn your path, not to mention drawing your strategy in a notebook doesn't fit my gaming taste... So I classify Pitfall much more difficult to solve than modern games. Funny, one AA member once wrote he has problems to not get stuck in modern games, but Pitfall was one of the few games he could beat!!!For my third attempt (the smart play) I will surely search for a map. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Survived the 20 minutes on my last life and found two treasures in a row right before the clock ran down. Phew... Pitfall! (Game 1BB): 85,465. It happened to me a couple of times in the same screen. If you ended in this screen, I suspect we took a wrong path...
