Many homebrew authors would disagree. Acceptance of making repro's depends on whether or not the original author is part of the right clique.

 

Some homebrew authors also artificially make games "rare" and expensive by refusing to make more copies (even when there is a high demand and publishers willing to create more).

 

So at the risk of upsetting some, I'd say thumbs up to those repro's.
