Who has got Felix Return?

I've been offered Felix Return for sale, I've never seen it come up before and I know nothing about it. Anyone got any idea of its rarety, or anything?

Its a PAL game, and it release in germany (and maybe more PAL countrys).

 

Is common.

Its the same game as Bobby is going home.
