It comes with two controllers, ac and av cables, Video CD card, 4 in 1 Action Replay, and Phantom Universal mod chip. I'm looking for $160 plus shipping. Yellowing is very minimal. The console had a small sticker on the front and I retr0brighted it last summer. You can still see it if you look closely, but it's not very noticeable. One of the controllers has no yellowing. The other has minimal yellowing. Overall, it's better than most used white Japanese Saturns.
